How to Donate Your Car  

1. Provide Vehicle Information
   Fill out the donation form with information about your vehicle, including the VIN, year, make, model, condition, and mileage.

2. Schedule Car Pick Up
   Let us know where the car will be picked up. A local tow agent will contact you within 2-3 business days to arrange a pick up time most convenient for you. Your car will be towed for free!

3. Get Tax Receipt
   After you complete the donation form, you will receive a confirmation email which gives you access to your Donor Console. Through the Donor Console, you'll be able to track the progress of your car donation, upload documents, and get tax and title information. Once your car is sold, you will receive an email which includes a tax receipt.

Trucks, vans, SUVs, motorcycles, heavy machinery, boats, trailers, planes, and RVs are accepted on a case-by-case basis. How much money from my car donation will go back to UNICEF USA?

Our partners at Advanced Remarketing Services (ARS) will return 80% of the gross selling price of your car back to UNICEF USA, the highest of any vehicle donation program!

Who is Advanced Remarketing Services?

Advanced Remarketing Services (ARS) is the authorized agent for processing vehicle donations to UNICEF USA. You can donate your car online or by calling 855-487-3863.

Will I receive a tax deduction for donating a car?

Your car donation may be tax deductible. If your car sells for over $500, you may deduct the full selling price of the car. If your car sells for $500 or less, you can deduct $500 or your car's fair market value, whichever is less. Within 30 days of the sale of your vehicle, you will receive an email with a tax receipt that states:

• The gross selling price of your car, if sold for greater than $500;
• Vehicle year, make, model, and VIN;
• A statement that the vehicle was sold at arms-length between two unrelated parties;
• A statement that no goods or services were received in return for yoour donation.
